Now, I’m not gonna lie: the name of this particular system is almost as intriguing as what the system itself is capable of. But, to get to the meat of this review, let me shed light on what Cooler Master is trying to accomplish with this particular system. The Orb X is a mobile workstation that comes with a powerful Intel Core i7-8700K processor and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 GPU, a dedicated Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card, 16GB of RAM, 256GB of SSD storage, and a rugged chassis that offers protection from all kinds of harsh environments. But, I won’t bother you with the specs, as we’re more interested in what this system can do for gamers and professionals.

After teasing the public with the Orb X, the company behind the Orb series of case modders, Cooler Master, has finally revealed the new Orb X Workstation POD. The Orb X is a motorized workstation POD that offers a unique and eye-catching design, and it’s possible to adjust the height of the entire workstation POD, giving it a flexible and versatile design.
