Floodgate Games, the well known indie game developer, has announced a new expansion for Fog of Love that will include new features, locations, characters and challenges. The expansion will be available for purchase in Spring 2017, and will include new story paths, new missions, new enemies, new characters, and new locations. It will be available for Steam for PC, Mac and Linux.
If you haven’t heard of Floodgate Games yet, you need to head over to their website and check them out. The company has been around for a long time, and they’ve developed games like The Age of War, The Age of War 2, The Age of War 3, and more recently the Age of War 4.
On the heels of publishing their first title, ‘Fog of Love’, in the recent past, Floodgate Games has announced that they have successfully completed the acquisition of Fog of Love (FOL) studio. The newly acquired studio will now become part of the Floodgate Games infrastructure.
19 August 2021 – Floodgate Games, the publisher of Sagrada and Bosk, has acquired Fog of Love and announced a new expansion. Originally published by Hush Hush in 2017, Floodgate confirmed on their website that the popular game would be reprinted in the Winter of 2021. They will also be releasing a fresh new expansion with this updated edition, which currently has three expansions available.

We’re thrilled to announce that the smash popular game Fog of Love will be joining the Floodgate Games roster! Fog of Love is a two-player romantic comedy board game in which players explore love and relationships via unique and unusual situations, and it fits perfectly in as a game that generates lasting memories!
Fog of Love has expanded to include three content expansions, It Will Never Last, Paranormal Romance, and Trouble with the In-Laws, which were first released by Hush Hush Projects to great acclaim. Each expansion introduces additional stuff for gamers to enjoy.

They vow to take the franchise to a whole new level, in addition to integrating it into their family of games. They’ve also revealed the fourth Fog of Love expansion, Love on Lockdown, to start things off.

Floodgate’s Fog of Love: Love on Lockdown is the first new addition for the game. This new love tale delves into the circumstances and difficulties that the world has grown used to in the aftermath of the odd occurrences of the previous year. It is designed for two players, lasts 60–120 minutes, and is appropriate for ages 17 and above. With the new printing, this will be published in the winter of 2021.
